Learning through Immersion: The Glaswegian accent

Living in Glasgow for quite some time allowed me to be immersed in their culture, including their language. Interestingly, Glaswegian accent is different from the Scottish accent, more so with English.

Here's an attempt to speak using the Glaswegian accent. If Catriona Gray would answer the Miss Universe 2018 final Q&A round in Glaswegian, she would probably sound this way.

NOTE: This is neither the perfect accent nor the closest sounding one. Nevertheless, there are some differences in pronunciation that you can already distinguish. This is what living in 5 months, including personal interactions as an adult educator, a neighbour, a marketgoer, and church goer have taught me. I am grateful for this enriching experience.
