My Passion Project: Philippines' Skills Framework

One of my 'passion projects' is to contribute to the development of the Philippines Skills Framework. This project stems from my previous work at NUS together with other Singapore government agencies and organisations supporting lifelong learning and continuing education. By having this framework, we can design more pathways for skills development for our fellow Filipinos in their upskilling and transitions to new careers and professions.

I am glad things are moving forward and our government organisations in the Philippines have expressed commitment to continue the conversation.
