'Blogging' as a Reflective Practice: The Learning Blogs of my IMAESC Cohort
In his 'reflective practice' theory, Mezirow (1994) argues that reflections make learning a transformative activity.
Just like me, my classmates in the IMAESC Programme have
also created their own reflective blogs to document their learning for our ‘Teaching
Adults Online’ module. The beauty of being in a very diverse cohort is that the
topics and meanings presented in our modules can be interpreted and reflected
in different socio-cultural-economic-political vantage points. Reading these
blogs gives breath of fresh air, challenges one’s thinking, and sparks ideas for social action.
Here are some of the blogs shared by my classmates for
your reading. This list may be updated from time to time.
