PP5247 - On knowledge and humility
(International Economic Policy - Prof. Charles Adams) At first, I thought my lack of quantitative skills would be a disadvantage since the course is about International Economic Policy. My dearest professor removed all my fears and provided great encouragement to continue.
As our sessions passed by, I also realized how humble he is despite his previous status as a top IMF official, as he excitedly shared his vast knowledge and experience in class. Attending his class reminded me the importance of humility.
For me, he is not only an outstanding professor, but a very sincere and kind-hearted person. I'm extremely fortunate and grateful and I know my classmates also feel the same way too.
NUS is soooo blessed to have you sir! It has been a privilege to have journeyed with you this semester.
