On turning a year older

I knew one day that I will be part of that class photo wall. And yes, I was! 

I  look back in the previous years of my life, thanking the Good Lord for all the wonderful things He has done for me; my family, who has stood and loved me unconditionally; my friends, relatives, classmates, teachers, work colleagues, and mentors who cheered me up when I immersed myself into the colorful world of beauty pageants, using beauty for a purpose; and for the experiences that made me the better person that I am today.
